With a background in Theatre, Mark is always looking at how to create the biggest impact with the greatest value. Thirty years of experience in live events has helped shape the strategy around how to bring clients communications to life in the most engaging way.

Over the last 15 years attracting and retaining talent has become a real passion for him and he is excited at how the world of work is changing.

With two young children and a sheep dog there is not much spare time but when possible Mark can be seen on his road bike or on the terraces of the mighty Leicester City!
