The FourthWall team supported me to deliver our first social impact-focused Year 10 work insight week as part of Deloitte’s 5 Million Futures education programme. I had a challenging delivery timeline, an idea that I needed help to pull out of my head and two concurrent weeks to deliver in Birmingham and Manchester. From briefing until the delivery wrap up with the facilitators, the team were supportive, proactive and focused on helping me make the activity a success for our student participants. They helped me to shape the agenda and content of the week as well as engaging four fantastic facilitators with experience of working and building relationships with this age group. I felt confident that we could deliver a great experience and we did - the students and our volunteers really engaged with the weeks and I achieved my objective of supporting these young people to take a peek into the world of work before making the leap. We’re now holding a follow up employability session as they start in Year 11 and hope they will join us on our early careers journey. A huge thanks to the FourthWall team for their help, delivery expertise and professionalism!

Director

What do you do at the company? Mark heads up the team at FourthWall and with an extensive knowledge of UK universities & schools he provides valuable insights to each campaign. Your experience and how that has shaped your approach With a background in theatre, Mark is always looking at how to create the biggest impact with the greatest value. 30 years of experience in live events has helped shape the strategy around how to bring clients communications to life in the most engaging way. Over the last 15 years, attracting and retaining talent has become a real passion for him and he is excited at how the world of work is changing. Personal touch With two young children and a sheep dog there is not much spare time but when possible Mark can be seen on his road bike or on the terraces of the mighty Leicester City!!

What do you do at the company? Chantal is a friendly and accomplished Account Director who loves working in partnership with clients and ensuring they receive the best-in-class service. Your experience and how that has shaped your approach Thirteen years’ experience in client services has enabled her to cultivate a distinctive strategic and creative approach to client delivery. Working predominantly within an agency environment has allowed her to support clients and gain knowledge from various sectors and industries. Personal touch Chantal is a mum of two and is proud of her Canadian roots. She believes in doing one thing everyday that scares you!

What do you do at the company? As the Marketing Manager & Sustainability Lead, Jess oversees FourthWall’s marketing strategy, shaping the brand’s narrative and ensuring its voice resonates across all platforms. She also spearheads sustainability initiatives, driving efforts to achieve FourthWall’s target of Net Zero by 2028. Through her dual role, Jess combines creativity and strategic planning to enhance brand presence while fostering a commitment to sustainable practices. Your experience and how that has shaped your approach With over six years of experience in learning and development content and four years in the early careers sector, Jess’s approach is rooted in clear communication, effective planning, and a deep understanding of audience engagement. Her expertise in crafting impactful campaigns ensures that FourthWall’s projects connect meaningfully with clients and audiences alike, delivering measurable success while keeping sustainability at the forefront. Personal touch Jess is the creator behind @jesskeepscooking, where she shares her love for food, creativity, and all things delicious. From recipe creation to cooking tips to UGC creation to building connections, she loves sharing her passion for food!
